There are no financial or non-financial interests that are directly or indirectly related to the work submitted for publication. There is no conflict of interest.

Ethical Approval

Our Institution does not require ethical approval for reporting individual case reports or case series.

Informed Consent

The authors certify that they have obtained the appropriate patient's consent. The patient has given consent for her images and medical records to be reported in the journal with the concealment of name. We also have made due efforts to conceal her identity through the use of a censor bar.
