Compliance with Ethics GuidelinesThis was a post hoc analysis of the PSO LONG study (NCT02899962). A statement of ethics was provided for the primary study upon which this post hoc analysis is based. Approval for the clinical trial protocol was obtained from the relevant institutional review boards or independent ethics committees and regulatory authorities for each participating site before patient enrollment.
