In the section “SURMOUNT-1,” the third sentence of the second paragraph is being corrected to the following:

“The mean percentage change in baseline body weight was superior with tirzepatide 5, 10, and 15 mg at −15% (95% confidence interval (CI): −15.9 to −14.2), −19.5% (95% CI: −20.4 to −18.5), and −20.9% (95% CI: −21.8 to −19.9), respectively, compared with placebo at −3.9% (95% CI: −4.3 to −1.9).”1
