A rare case of giant dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) over the right middle finger was highlighted, which underwent surgery followed by postoperative radiotherapy. The image is highlighted as the overall incidence of DFSP is estimated at 0.8–5 cases per million people per year.
