Judith V.M.G. Bovée, M.D. Ph.D. is a clinician scientist and Professor of Pathology at Leiden University Medical Center, with a special focus on bone and soft tissue tumours. She is internationally recognized in the field of sarcoma, and aims to crosslink patient care (diagnostic pathology of bone and soft tissue tumours) with basic research (elucidating the molecular events underlying sarcoma development and progression) in order to establish improved diagnosis, prognosis and treatment for patients with bone and soft tissue tumours.
