The Lindsay Society for the History of Dentistry is holding its annual conference from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 October. Join the Society for a weekend of fascinating lectures and a chance to explore Roman Colchester. The venues are historic and superb - lectures are being held in the Mayoral Suite of the Town Hall opened in 1902 with the Conference Dinner being held in the ‘Old Library', Colchester's first Town Centre library, designed in a classic Jacobean style. Delegates will be staying at the George Hotel on Colchester High Street which boasts cellars dating back to AD60.
