Yael Keshet, PhD, Department of Sociology, Western Galilee Academic College, Israel, is a full professor of sociology, and serves as head of the Health and Wellbeing Studies program at Western Galilee College, Israel. Prof. Keshet’s expertise lies in the sociology of medicine and qualitative research. She has published two books and over 80 papers in reputable journals.
Ariela Popper-Giveon, PhD, is an associate professor at David Yellin Academic College in Jerusalem, Israel. Her fields of interests include ethnicity and gender aspects of employment in health services as well as vaccine hesitancy among various population groups in Israel. She also has an active interest in qualitative methodology
Tamar Adar, MD, is a certified family physician and clinician at Clalit Health Services, where she is also part of the Risk Management and Patient Safety Unit. Dr. Adar is a clinical instructor and assistant teacher at the Technion, where she was in charge of the research course for family medicine residents in the Haifa and West Galilee District. She is currently a coordinator of CME for Clalit family physicians through Ben Gurion University. Her fields of interest include medical ethics and medical education.
