Connie Sunderhaus, RN-BC, CCM, is a clinical consultant for CXJ Consulting in Henderson, NV. A case management professional for more than 40 years, she has served on the executive committee of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and chaired several national committees, as well as being a past president of the CMSA Chicago chapter. Ms. Sunderhaus has authored numerous case management articles and is a national speaker on the topics of case management, public policy, communication, and patient advocacy.
