Ethical use of the human body for teaching anatomy is not transgressive

Beverley Kramer is Emerita Professor of Anatomy in the Department of Anatomical Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Her research has included developmental biology, educational and ethical issues in the anatomical sciences, as well as research management. Beverley is a Past-President of the Anatomical Society of Southern Africa (ASSA), serves on the Board of the International Committee of Symposia on Morphological Sciences (ICSMS) and is Immediate Past-President of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA).
